Here’s quick and easy popsicle recipe that you’ll crave even with winter months coming soon. You will also feel great about eating all of them. Yes, ALL of them. 🙂 Love to say this is something I came up with on my own, but Pinterest has been my go to for healthy ingredients.
It took me a few tries to get the popsicles into a creamy texture. Frozen bananas is key. Simply peel a ripe banana, slice into chunks and freeze overnight. Blend with a cup full of frozen strawberries, a little bit of coconut milk (or greek yogurt for a creamier taste), pour into the popsicle moods and freeze. Simple as that. I don’t know about you guys, but I’d say I eat these throughout the year.
Greek Yogurt or coconut milk
Coconut shreds or granola (Any garnish topping you would like)
3 frozen Bananas
This one is as easy as the last one. Blend the dates first in your vitamix in a pulse. Add about a cup of greek yogurt, a spoonful of cacao powder, the chopped up frozen bananas that you froze overnight and blend away. Once the texture is semi-thick texture, pour into the popsicle mood and freeze. Again, simple as that. Two ingredients you can enjoy all year long.
