If you’re looking for a way to start with healthier habits in the New Year, I recommend this Happy Tea. This tea is supposed to calm digestion, alleviate stress, and easy anxiety. My intention was obviously not to lose weight when taking this tea as it’s the last thing on my mind during this pregnancy. I never set diets or deprive myself of anything when it comes to food. Moderation and exercise is key right?
Before taking this tea, I was bloated and fatigued (this usually happens during pregnancy haha) so I was super excited to give this tea a try. Overall, I’m pretty pleased with my experience. I noticed reduced bloating and just helped me make healthier choices for the day. Keep in mind I don’t take this tea everyday. I only take it when I feel that my body needs it. I expected this tea to be unpleasant but it actually wasn’t! It’s made using Chinese medicine herbs and tastes herby but still delicious! If you don’t like herby teas, nothing like honey and lemon can’t fix.
